TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS - 83 POUNDS
Thank you JUICE! In the 170's!!!!! I am thrilled! I cannot believe it, this is such a milestone. My clothes are getting so baggy, I look so frumpy but I don't want spend a lot of money buying new clothes since I have been so successful in my weight loss but when I get to 175 I am going to buy a new pair of jeans- it's necessary, I need a size 12....this time last year I weighed about 230 and bought a pair of jeans....size 16 !!!!! That was such a low moment for me but I am so excited to be where I am now.
How I have lost 83 pounds
Breastfeeding for 16 months
I walked 5-10 miles/day for 4 months
I rarely eat carbs after 5h
I have been juicing for 1 month
I have lost this weight so easily, it was not difficult-it simply took effort. I was eating terribly up until about 5 months ago so I think had I been eating well for the past 16 months and exercising I could have really dropped the lbs!
I am now only 63 pounds away from my LIFE GOAL WEIGHT when I began this journey I was 146 pounds away from my goal weight! WOW.
OMG congrats!!!!!! One question though, do you really want to loose 63 more pounds?

YES!!!! magda I'm so short i'm only 5'2....and i've always wanted to look like a victorias secret model!!!
ReplyDeleteHuge congrats on your weight loss, your doing so well with it.xx This juicing sounds good, might have to look in to it. Just a quick question, do you find you get all your nutrients from it and meet all the different health groups, only ask as doing my job i have to make sure i get all the vitamins and calcium etc that i need.

Good question Dannie- now several of the people doing this juicing thing are not eating any solids but it is not meant to be a long term lifestyle, the goal for most is to lose the weight and slowly reintroduce healthy solids. I personally NEED to eat some food- I eat a lot of cheese and eggs, hardboiled egg whites, I am not losing weight as quickly as others doing this because I am eating and I usually have about 2 slices of bread each day and a little peanut butter for protein- also I am still breastfeeding so I need the calories and fats to produce milk. And a few times/ week I do eat an actual meal. But every day I am taking in 10-15 servings of fruits and veggies which is nothing but vitamins and proteins so even if you just ADDED the juice TO your diet you would benefit. I feel so good, the juice surprisingly makes me feel full and JUST GOOD, like the inside of my body feels FRESH! Let me know if you try it-i love hearing how it's effecting others!
ReplyDeleteThanks for that, i may seriously give it a go, even if it was just to replace my lunch or evening meal it would make a difference for me, so will definitely look in to it. I could definitely do with eating a bit more fruit and veg, so will start looking at some changes. Thank you.x
DeleteAllison I did not realized you are 5'2:) I thought that you were more my hight (5'7). This is very impressive!!!!!! I need to lose 50 pounds and so far lost 8 just not eating after dinner.

ReplyDeleteMagda- yeah dinner is usually the largest meal for most and you dont' really need it, I have always been able to lose weight very quickly simply by not eating carbs after 5h, but if I get hungry I'll eat cottage cheese or fruit or something like that. Congrats on the 8 pounds!! That's terrific!
